대한민국 제주도, 아태Y연맹 제주본부 건물 사용에 관한 아시아태평양YMCA연맹(APAY, 이사장 필립 토마스)과 한국YMCA전국연맹(이사장 김신향) 간 양해각서(Memorandum of Understanding Between 'Asia and PacificAlliance of YMCAs(APAY, Most Rev.
